Setting Up and Submitting Text Files

• We print entirely from PDF Files  
• Conversion of your files to PDF is extremely important, and can save you any addition digital file set-up costs  
• Before converting your files, please be sure you adhere to the following setup perimeters for programs such as Microsoft Word:  

Microsoft Word Setup Perimeters for Book Publishing:

Page Size: In "Page Setup" make sure the finished page size is 5.5x8.5, 6x9 or 8.5x11.

Margins: .5" for all sides - Top, Bottom, Inside, Outside (You can reduce or enlarge the margins in this area based on your needs. We need at least a .25" margin for production purposes)

Gutter: .25" and check the Mirror Margins option.
